The hotel's location was central. I could walk to many attractions and the Metro was very close. Breakfast included various breads, pastries, and eggs. The staff were helpful with directions.

The location was convenient, so close to the grands boulevards métro. the staff were always helpful and kind. I loved that. breakfast was also very good and complete. It included fresh pastries. a taxi ride from gare du nord was only ten minutes.
The heater made significant noise during the night, so we had difficulty sleeping. reception provided an electric heater, but it did not heat the entire room. the bathroom also lacked heating. It was quite cold

Check-in was so quick and easy! The staff was friendly and always smiling. The room included fresh pastries daily. I loved the very secure neighborhood with lots of shops!
The heater made a very noisy sound all night. It was not possible to sleep well. Reception gave me an electric heater, but it did not cover the whole room.
